Seit 2015 bietet Zytomed Systems Produkte unserer Partnerfirma AmoyDx® für die Real-Time PCR an. Neben Kits zum Mutationsnachweis sind Produkte für den Nachweis von Fusionstranskripten (ALK, ROS1, RET) und von Erregern, dem HP-Virus, aus unterschiedlichem Ausgangsmaterial verfügbar. Die PCR-Assays sind kompatibel mit vielen gängigen Real-Time PCR-Geräten.

Das Super-ARMS™ EGFR Mutation Detection Kit wurde speziell für den Mutationsnachweis an ctDNA-Proben – circulating DNA – entwickelt. Es ermöglicht den Nachweis von 31 Mutationen in den Exons 18 bis 21 des EGFR-Gens an ctDNA, mit einer Sensitivität von 0,2 bis 0,8 Prozent (z. B.T790M: 0,2 %)
